Developing AnthologyAI's Client Experience

Overview

We created AnthologyAI's first client experience. The experience includes the marketing website and the web portal. The web portal was created to give potential clients a personalized experience that further explains AnthologyAI's product offerings and data samples.

Goals

Establish the version 1 of the client experience. Grow the AnthologyAI brand, improve product comprehension, reduce sales cycle time.

I worked with the sales team to define the ideal client journey.

I partnered with tech, sales and product to define the two sites, how they would interact, and what content would be included on each.

Prototype

Marketing Site

This is the new marketing site which clients are directed to. This could be the users first interaction with AnthologyAI, so we felt it was important to briefly explain who we are and what industries we can serve.

I partnered with marketing to create an explainer video about AnthologyAI's unique data offerings.

Client Portal

The client portal is behind a sign up so the sales team can see who is on the platform and what they're most interested in.

The dashboard is personalized based on the information provided during the sign up process. Case studies and datasets are pulled based on the users industry and role.

These are examples of a use case and data sets included. Each data table includes a CTA so the sales team has a started point for their next interaction.

Design System

Since this was AnthologyAI's first web platform, creating a design system and component library was critical.

All graphics and icons were created in-house.
